Why do you want to buy my land?

We buy land as an investment. We are not real estate agents, and we do not represent anyone. We aren’t planning to develop the land, we don’t plan on investing for oil, gas, or mineral rights. We just like to invest in raw land.

What expenses do you pay for?

We pay all closing costs, fees and expenses. We also pay for all county filing fees and attorney fees. If we require a survey, we pay for that too. You don’t pay for anything related to the sale. There are no hidden costs. The price we offer you is the amount we pay you.

In some cases we can even pay back property taxes and Property Owner’s Association fees.

Can I talk with a real estate agent or attorney?

We encourage you to seek any outside guidance that you feel you need. We want to be open and honest. We do not pay your attorney’s fees or real estate agent fees, so you would be responsible for those costs.

Have you seen my land?

We do not visit any property in person until we have a signed purchase agreement with the seller. Once we have that, we will ask your permission to inspect the property as needed. We respect property rights and will never go on a land owner’s property without their knowledge and permission.

How do you pay?

We will pay cash through the closing process. We do not rely on banks to approve our deals. At closing, you may receive a check or wire transfer directly to your bank.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, there are no hidden fees. The amount we agree upon will be the amount you receive at closing.
